About Me

My work and my life is one of bridging and integration.

Whether working with private clients, corporate leaders, or artistic projects, my approach honors the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and the seamless connection between internal experience and external expression.

Current projects span leadership workshops, interactive performance art, music therapy in healthcare settings, and mentoring people on their journey to find their authentic voice in life and/or in music.

My Personal Journey

My journey into this work began with confronting my own fears, doubts, and creative blocks. Through both personal and professional experiences, I came to understand that true strength does not come from perfection or control—but from embracing vulnerability and fully inhabiting the richness of human experience in each present moment.

This profound insight has since become the heartbeat of my passion: guiding others to discover and express their most authentic, powerful selves. I deeply believe that art and embodied voicework offer unique pathways on this journey, equipping us with tools for resilience, presence, and meaningful connection that extend into all areas of life.

In every encounter, I cherish the opportunity to co-create a space where healing, creativity, and leadership gracefully intersect—sparking transformation and nurturing authentic voices that inspire others to lead with both heart and clarity.

Through words and music I here share my personal story and the foundations of my work:

Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Music- Performance (focusing on improvisation, 2007-09) and a Bachelor’s in Music Pedagogy (focusing on teaching music through movement 2000-04) from the University of Gothenburg, Sweden . I also studied Holistic Voice Therapy at the British Academy of Sound Therapy (2022-23). My education is supplemented by ongoing studies in embodied voicework traditions, including traditions of Roy Hart and Alfred Wolfsohn, alongside leadership training focused on co-creative and somatic coaching methods.

Methodology

My approach is a synthesis of somatic voicework, process-oriented coaching, therapeutic exploration, improvisation and musical exploration. It embraces body, mind, emotions, and spirit as interwoven dimensions of the human experience.

By engaging with the threshold between old patterns and emerging potential, the process invites courage to embody vulnerability as strength and creativity as a leadership resource.

In a safe and supportive container, I guide participants through processes driven by the deep longings of each person.  This work cultivates presence, deepens self-awareness, and activates the authentic voice essential for inspiring inner- and outer leadership as well as meaningful expression and communication.
